raargh..supposed to have violin lesson now, but my teacher sent an sms saying he would be 20 minutes late o_0 so i shall make good use of my time (=

yesterday

ACSI band concert:
concert was 7.30pm but i got there super early - 6.35pm as my brother had theory lesson in Bishan :/ and it was so deserted! and the fact that ACS was so huge made it even more scary, and not forgetting feeling out of place :X i forgot to bring my phone along, so used my mum's phone. haha i kept calling keyun and hurrying her [or rather asking her to hurry her friend, samantha x)]. if u were there u would be suspicious of me man, i was like loitering around the compound. When Sam arrived, she called me and we began to try and find each other, and in the end realised I was on the 1st floor while they were on the 3rd floor :/ i was panicking, cos it was like 5 min to the concert.

other things aside, the concert was really worth the money! ((: Given that there were three bands, the ACJC concert band, the ACSI main band, and the ACSI (IC) symphonic band i think. and the conductor was cool! cos he kept changing his clothes. They played songs from movies like star wars and superman, and each band had a song CHOREOGRAPHED! cool man(: for superman the conductor had a S in front of his suit, somebody shouted 'hey handsome!' xDD very amusing.

I had an enjoyable evening!((=

Genting

haha spending two days in Genting was enough to make me bored xD played bowling at Genting Bowl 3 times in 2 days, and strolled around most of the time. Didn't really take a lot of rollercoasters, cos parents don't want mah, then i don't really like sitting by myself [or with my brother, matter of fact x)] but the stuff was quite affordable! and the temperature was like air-con, pplus the whole place was foggy xD heh lazy to post photos.

oh wells, looks like time's up! i shall stop here then =]

p.s. And i found out Alfred Brendel recordings of Beethoven Sonatas are quite good! Very detailed, dynamics and all(:
